GAVIN CONNOR AND THE MANCHESTER 10k

Our own Gavin Connor of the High and Heavy Division completed the Manchester 10k Race on the 20th May 2012.


Gav came in with a personal best of 48.19 beating his previous run in Gateshead by 4 minutes. Some interesting facts about the race:

• Out of 40,000 runners Gave came 4,204th
• In his age group he came 516th
• Out of all men he came 3,772nd

So far Gav has raised £195 for MacMillan Cancer Support and still counting
